Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Soothe Sciatica, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Soothe Sciatica is operated by Native Builders, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us").

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

3. What Soothe Sciatica is (and isn't)

We provide guided movement programs, exercise videos, and educational content for general wellness. We are not a medical provider, and the app is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it to delay or replace medical care. If your pain is sharp, suddenly worse, or comes with numbness, weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control, seek medical help. You take part in the exercises at your own risk.

4. Purchases & billing

• Programs are sold as one-time purchases: the 4-Week Program ($39.99, 28 days of access), the 12-Week Complete Program ($69.99, 84 days of access) and Lifetime Access ($99.99, no end date). The price is charged to your payment method once, at checkout. Nothing renews.
• Optional extras (for example the two PDF guides, the Sit Without Pain routine or a 1-on-1 program review) are also one-time purchases, priced where they are offered.
• Every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee (see section 5).
• Subscriptions started before 25 August 2026 keep the terms they were bought under: they renew at the rate shown in Profile → Subscription until cancelled there. We no longer sell subscriptions.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Refunds & cancelling

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of your payment and we refund it in full. A one-time program has nothing to cancel - it simply ends when its access period is up. If you hold a subscription from before 25 August 2026, you can cancel it any time from Profile → Subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. 6. Acceptable use

Please use the app for your own personal, non-commercial wellness. Don't share your account, copy or redistribute our content, attempt to break or misuse the service, or use it in any unlawful way.

7. Our content

All content in the app — videos, programs, text, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use it while you hold access.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or the exercises, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
