1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Soothe Sciatica, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Soothe Sciatica is operated by Native Builders, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us").

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

3. What Soothe Sciatica is (and isn't)

We provide guided movement programs, exercise videos, and educational content for general wellness. We are not a medical provider, and the app is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it to delay or replace medical care. If your pain is sharp, suddenly worse, or comes with numbness, weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control, seek medical help. You take part in the exercises at your own risk.

4. Free trial, subscriptions & billing

• New members start with a 3-day free trial. You enter payment details up front, but you are not charged during the trial.
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your chosen plan (monthly or annual) is charged to your payment method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Cancelling & refunds

You can cancel any time from Profile → Subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the app for your own personal, non-commercial wellness. Don't share your account, copy or redistribute our content, attempt to break or misuse the service, or use it in any unlawful way.

7. Our content

All content in the app — videos, programs, text, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use it while your subscription is active.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or the exercises, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
