When you're charged
Seeing your plan is free - the quiz and your plan summary cost nothing and need no card. Your subscription is charged when you purchase it ($39.99 for the year on the annual plan), and every payment is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee below. Memberships started before 11 August 2026 that included a free trial keep the terms they signed up under.

If you're charged and decide within 30 days of your first payment that the program isn't for you, email hello@thesoothesciatica.com and we'll issue a full refund of that payment - no hoops. Just tell us the email on your account.
How to cancel
You can cancel any time, in one step, from Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can resume before then if you change your mind.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion and generally not provided for renewals you forgot to cancel - though it never hurts to ask.
