When you're charged
Seeing your plan is free - the quiz and your plan summary cost nothing and need no card. A program is charged once, when you buy it: $39.99 for the 4-Week Program, $69.99 for the 12-Week Complete Program, or $99.99 for Lifetime Access. Nothing renews. Every payment is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee below. Subscriptions started before 25 August 2026 keep the terms they were bought under.

If you decide within 30 days of your payment that the program isn't for you, email hello@thesoothesciatica.com and we'll issue a full refund of that payment - no hoops. Just tell us the email on your account.
Is there anything to cancel?
Not for a program bought after 25 August 2026: you paid once, nothing renews, and access simply ends when its period is up (lifetime access does not end). If you hold an older subscription, you can cancel it any time from Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, you won't be charged again, and you can resume before then if you change your mind.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion - though it never hurts to ask.
